Finals performance times to be announced Saturday night.
PLEASE NOTE: VCHS Band & Guard will NOT be staying overnight for Championships. We will commute by bus on Saturday and Sunday. Schedule to be announced.
Valley Christian is providing volunteers for the WBA Preliminaries! Your help is needed!
Based on the success of our Quest Classic, The Western Band Association has asked the Valley Christian Marching Band to be the host of the 2008 WBA Championship Preliminary Competition on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Cal State East Bay! This honor was bestowed because WBA has observed what a wonderful and energetic our band parent booster organization is. There will be many jobs to be filled throughout the day, and many shifts. Parents and alumni are being asked to help us staff this event, selling tickets, checking wristbands, selling programs, helping get all of the band trailers and trucks parked, getting each band onto the field, and many many other jobs. As well as our regular job of taking care of our students, feeding them and getting them into their final competition. We'll need everyone's help!
